We are delighted to share the remarkable achievement of our student, Rebecca Yeater, at 160 Driving Academy in Tampa. This moment is a true honor for our institution. Rebecca, who is hearing impaired, has become our first graduate from the Class A CDL program in Tampa. Rebecca passed her CDL Exam with flying colors on her very first attempt and is now a part of the ONE & DONE club.

Rebecca remarked, “It was a great experience and challenge for me, because I am deaf. The trainer, James, had the same feeling of facing a new experience and challenge when he trained me, but we bonded immediately. Even though, his patience was appealing, he achieved the outcome well! He made sure that I accomplished my goal! However, from his experience, he would be able to train a deaf person again! Trainers do have different methods of teaching and make sure that students understand the differences of the way trainers teaching them. Finally, they all treated me and others well and they always mention if there is any question, we ask, do not be hesitate to ask for help if you have struggles.”
