He Changed My Life
My experience with 160 Driving Academy was life changing. I had the opportunity to work with Sam Fujiwara , at the time he was filling in at the location I went to in Denver. When I got there i waited in my truck contemplating if this was the right place for me, I already had a not great experience at US Truck Driving School and the people at Sage were rude too , so I was beginning to think it just might be the trend. When I walked in I was greeted immediately and from there I guess the rest is now history. I gotta say at no point did I feel any pressure from Sam, actually it was the opposite. We discussed my goals , the reasoning for a career change and also the obstacles that I was dealing with internally. He made me feel important and one thing I noticed about him too was his level of professionalism. When asked about the other schools around he never once said anything negative in regards to them he simply just stated the facts, "At 160 you will have an experience of a lifetime , you'll meet people and develop friendships with others in the same place as you. While he empathized the instructors would be thorough ,he also mentioned they would be detailed oriented and precise in the classroom as well." I just want to say thank you to Sam and 160 for having a person like him in your location, if it wasn't for him I would have never pursued this and gave up because of a bad experience. I even invited Sam to my party my parents threw for me to celebrate me getting my CDL. Thank you 160 for having people that truly care but also for teaching people that everyone's situation is different .

The time I had with 160 driving academy has been a awesome experience I want to thank the driving instructor James Watson for taking his time to learn how to teach me and actually teaching me everything I need to know to get my Cdl he is also very understanding and will take his time to teach u everything you need to know and is a good teacher and role model and don’t forget too check the status

I was at the Lexington KY location, great team work amongst the instructors to make sure I learned the best I could. I highly recommend them. Huge shoutout to “Buck” for the great patience and support in the manual truck. They will put you through real life situations in the trucking world. Thank Again!

first id like to say thankyou to connor in the saginaw mi office then first for most my family.. then id like to say thankyou to the 160 driving academy flint instructors they was amazin the whole time i was there. id personal want to thank l.c penny dave an keyon for everything an them pushin me.. if it wasnt for them an teaching the skills i have an watched them well id pry not have gotten my cdl.. so thanks again everyone.. this has been a whirl wind the last few weeks... again thanks penny l c dave keyon.. an i want to say a verrrrry special thanku to my angel guardian watchin over me my grandpa sarge " i got your loads grandpa" imma take over now i got you from here love u..

I first came to the yard with an positive attitude and also nervousness but Arianne Mike and Dennis knocked that right out of me. You will not be alone on this journey I asked for help they gave me more than that such as techniques, words of encouragement, and so much laughter it felt like family there I loved going to the yard to meet them I'm grateful they were my teachers I can also say I love em THANKS GUYS!!!!!!

Actually had to switch to this school from another, Destiny driving, and the comparison is almost mind blowing. 160 Academy actually deserves to be called an academy and went above and beyond for me. Had me trained and passing the CDL A course within a few weeks and would recommend to anyone. Chad Davis and Tyler Rhodes are doing the best job you could ask for and you can tell they actually care.
