Great instructors
The instructors at this CDL driving school are excellent — patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping students succeed. They do a great job explaining everything and making sure you’re confident behind the wheel. The only downside is that the equipment could use some improvement, a few of the trucks are not in the best condition. Overall, though, the quality of instruction more than makes up for it.
Excellent CDL Training Experience
I had a great experience at 160 Driving School! The instructors were patient, knowledgeable, and really cared about helping every student succeed. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt confident behind the wheel. The school was professional, well-organized, and gave me all the tools I needed to pass my CDL test on the first try. I’d definitely recommend 160 Driving School to anyone serious about starting a career in trucking!
Learned a lot!
My wife and I took this class a year ago, and passed! The instructors were helpful! Donna in the classroom was very good at checking in with us and still to this day makes sure we are doing well! Brian in the yard was by far one of the best yard leads we had met. This was our second cdl school, and it should have been our first! Thanks for all that you guys do!
Amazing Instructors!
My experience at 160 Driving Academy was great! The instructors are amazing and they explain everything very well. They will work with you and coach you through your maneuvers until you get it. They tell you to trust in the process and they are absolutely right on that. The instructors made my experience great.
Best decision I ever made
I am very impressed with every one that played a part in me obtaining the completion of my cdl license. It was a lot of information to soak in at once. Every time I felt discouraged I was given the extra support that kept me going. I would recommend that you choose 160 Driving Academy if you are interested in obtaining your cdl whether you want to drive locally or over the road. 160 Driving Academy is the way to go. Thank you to all who has played apart of my journey.

It was a great time with great instructors, Evetyone one of them helped me out tremendously to get my CDL i would highly recommend them if u want too get yours.

Best instructors in the nation
Great class, fun times, a lot of laughs didn’t always have trucks but the instructors made up for the poor corporate management not getting trucks available would 100% recommend coming to the flint location just for the instructors alone.
