Prize: One (1) CDL training program from 160 Driving Academy. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $5,000

Eligibility: Open to legal residents of Illinois who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who otherwise satisfy 160 Driving Academy’s enrollment and program requirements. Void where prohibited by law.

Promotion Period: Begins on [start date/time] and ends on [end date/time]. Entries must be received by July 8, 2026.

How to Enter: Eligible entrants may enter by completing the official entry form at the 160 Driving Academy website or other designated entry method during the Promotion Period. No purchase or payment is required to enter, receive, use, compete for, or obtain information about the prize.

Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Illinois requires the odds of receiving a prize to be disclosed when an element of chance is involved.

Winner Selection: Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Tax Notice: Prize winnings are generally taxable. Form 1099-MISC is used to report prizes and awards, and IRS instructions state reporting is generally required for reportable payments meeting the applicable threshold.
