Promotion: 160 Driving Academy MATS Show Giveaway – Free CDL Training.

Prize: One (1) CDL training program from 160 Driving Academy. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $5,000

Eligibility: Open only to legal residents who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry and otherwise meet the enrollment and program eligibility requirements of 160 Driving Academy. Void where prohibited.

Promotion Period / Expiration Date: Entries must be received by March 31, 2026. The promotion expires on March 31, 2026.

How to Enter: During the Promotion Period, eligible individuals may enter by completing the official giveaway entry form on the 160 Driving Academy MATS show giveaway web page. No purchase is necessary. A free method of entry must be offered on the same terms as any purchaser entry method.

Odds of Winning: 1:6000 for one prize. Actual odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received/distributed during the Promotion Period. Kentucky law requires odds disclosures for chance-based prize promotions to be stated as a ratio on the same page as the first mention of the prize.

Winner Selection: Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Prize Conditions: Prize consists only of the CDL training program specifically identified by Sponsor. Prize is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may not be substituted except by Sponsor in its discretion with a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Tax Notice: If the value of the prize is more than $600, winner may be issued an IRS Form 1099, and winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with acceptance or use of the prize.

Additional Program Conditions: Acceptance of the prize is subject to 160 Driving Academy’s standard enrollment requirements, availability, attendance requirements, school policies, and any licensing, permit, testing, medical, or regulatory prerequisites applicable to CDL training. Winning this promotion does not guarantee issuance of a CDL or employment.

Name Removal / Future Promotions: Entrants may request removal from Sponsor’s promotional mailing list by unchecking the Marketing opt in on the submission form.
