The location on Google isn't the actual training yard and isn't currently staffed. Once you contact 160 and get scheduled to start they will send you the address to the location for the time being until a branch manager is hired. I myself just graduated from 160 and had a great experience. My instructors name was James Watson and he's one of the best. With James I learned more than what 160 was offering so I'd say it was money well spent. 160 keeps student to instructor ratios low so that you receive more one on one training than any other school in the country which is also another reason to choose 160 and learn from James.
