Where do ,l start this was a journey,l experience every aspect that would have made a person want to QUIT ,from the lab misplacing my urine test😄 to the my birth certificate not matching up with my driver license. But the one constant voice of encouragement was my branch manager Julie Mensching at palos hills ,moraine Valley, her upbeat personality and concern for her students was unbelievable.l had a death in my family and she put me on hold to deal with the situation, l struggled in my studying for pre- trip ,she encouraged and talked with the instructors and told them about my desire not to GIVE UP ,and my desire to not to let her down ,because she truly believes in her students and l believe she takes those concerns home with her ,it not just a JOB to julie its as if we are FAMILY. Thank you julie for the uplifting conversations and encouragement.
