Very positive. With the Covid-19 restrictions and challenges, 160 was still very supportive and flexible with getting my education and testing completed. The instructors that I had (Al, Bonnie, Tim, and Mark) were professional and patient and they were able to answer and address most questions and issues with driving a combination truck. The office staff (Galinda and Michelle) were very supportive and they remained in contact with me during the Covid delay. Galinda was especially professional and easy to communicate with when testing and had to be coordinated and rescheduled. Thank you.
