You have to be willing to put in the work but if you do you'll get everything out of it you need to pass your final tests. The online instruction is very good and from what I've been told about other schools is better than what they do in class. Once you get to the yard they have multiple instructors to help you with driving and the different maneuvers. They all have different styles and methods within the 160 guidelines but that's positive because everyone learns in different ways. They also will allow you to try your own ideas on maneuvers as long as it's done safely because everyone has to find what works for them. My experience was a good one and I would definitely reccomend this school.
