When I came to this industry, I left my office job that I was in for 5 years as a sacrifice. The very first day that I reached out, Angela made it her business to help me find some way to obtain this goal. Even in the beginning when I wanted to give up because I saw no way of this happening she was still in contact and still pushing trying to find some type of way to make it happen. Now starting off… I can’t lie I was nervous but Mike, Clarence, Chris, and Charles assured me that I would be okay and would do better than what I gave myself credit for! Not only did these people become a family in 30 days, they taught me how to do a banging 90 degree back with little to no effort, not only did they teach me the how and why of everything detail of the truck.. but why it’s necessary to know even if your job will never have you touch it because it’s for your safety! I’m asking for a lifetime membership in the 160 family here in Greensboro! Like I will forever be in contact with them because in the great words of Chris “The day you stop learning, is the day you should park your truck” I truly appreciate this experience and I’m sending a lot of people to this academy! I don’t have family here but with them I felt right at home!
Great school
Awesome driving school! All of the instructors and personnel are amazing and very patient. They provide all the knowledge and tools to obtain your CDL a long with a great environment to be around. I would highly recommended to anyone who is wanting to get their CDL to attend 160 driving academy!! One of the best experiences!! Commerce, GA location.
Jeff is the man
Graduated through the Cleveland location, awesome experience in my opinion. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable, you get all the help you need all you have to do is ask. Jeff really helped me out a lot, I wasn’t very confident in how I was doing my I took matters in my own hands and asked if I could work on certain things, Jeff allowed me to work on whatever I needed and helped me if I had questions, I always saw this man on his feet and helping everyone out and guiding people through what they needed to do, he’s really there for you to succeed and better yourself. 160 is for sure the place if you want to get your cdl. I appreciate everyone that helped me when I needed it, god bless you all.
LOVED IT !!!
Great instructors !!!!!! They helped me EVERY STEP OF THE WAY!!!! The instructors on the yard were TOO NOTCH! They taught me the safest way to operate a class A vehicle. Thanks to the INTIRE STAFF I OBTAINED MY CDL LICENSE !!!
Best school hands down.
Hands down best school Clarence, Chris, an all the instructiors an Angie made sure i made sure i was ready an they even gave me the tools to be ready. Even though it was overwhelming for me they never let me quit. The school is like a family an i will tell anybody that is the school to go to. Thank you all for everything

This is my 1st time ever inside of a 18 Wheeler the instructors made me feel comfortable and confident as the days went on The instructors had different teaching styles styles some gave you certain tips serve gave you precise things to look for But they all knew what they were talking about And we're very encouraging that you could get your maneuvers Pre trip in cabin on the road experience These instructors 160 Driving Academy in Pearland Texas exist help me to get my CDL license yesterday I appreciate the patience and time that they gave me and I will always recommend this school Thanks to Bryan Thomas Tyson The 2 Joe's Aaron and all the other instructors
Thorough and intense
The course is intense and complex but the instructors makes it structured and easy to understand.
