Great experience
I have some previous experience with the military but the instructors enhanced my knowledge and learnedquitea bit that i had never done before,Mike ,Rob and Pat have great experiences and knowledge with patients for the students that have never been that close to a semi (combination vehicle). They gave me steps to doing the skills that made me feel comfortable doing them,also had fun With Mike when we had VIP'S at the yard showing what we could do and thanks to Phil for pushing me to do what I do.
Great Place To Learn For Real
The guys there are excellent teachers especially the guy there named Rob I did not know how to drive a stick and never had in my life and I was driving a manual truck the first day I got in one so those guys are awesome!
160 Driving Academy in Lubbock Texas
Eduardo Muniz at the 160 Driving Academy yard location in Lubbock Texas was awesome. He was very helpful in every aspect of the pre trip inspection, on the road training as well as the maneuvers in the truck. He also did his best to answer any questions we might have had about the tests or other CDL related questions. Would definitely recommend Eduardo "Eddie" Muniz and Jerry Creed. Thank you for helping me get my CDL.

Great place to get yourCDL career started. Eddie the instructor at the Lubbock yard was very hands on and knowledgeable and answered any and all questions I may of had and made sure I was well prepared and that I felt confident to past my CDL test on the first try. Highly recommend the Lubbock yard and Eddie .

Extreme gratitude
Coming into this I was nervous, but the instructors were quick to show us how easy everything is. Marcel was extremely straight forward and to the point when starting pre-trip. It seemed like such a daunting task but was able to break it down and show us that it’s easy and can be masters quickly. Lester was very notable when teaching how to shift especially on inclines. Austin did an incredible job on showing us how to take even the most impossible looking turns. I feel coming out of this class I know more than just the basics of driving. They push you each and every day to do better than the bare minimum and I couldn’t thank them enough for all the hard work they do for us.
160 are the Best, they’re giving you all the tools and advice you need.
I risked leaving my job to a better career to support my family. I can say it was well worth it. If you are looking for a change. 160 is the place that can help you make your dream come true. I recommend Nick Fedio was excellent in providing all information and understanding throughout the registration process and with training material in the in classroom portion of the required steps to obtaining my CDL A. In the yard, Bob and another instructor( i for got his name,sorry ) and Randy and John were extremely helpful in providing me the skills to acquire my CDL license and their knowledge and expertise allowed for ease of learning the required and give me all the advice I needed .

I love the staff there. The teachers, the help. T. Much luv. T is funny, as real as it gets. She will scream at you, cuss you out, call you every name in the book. Only when your fucking up. But, all bullshit to the side. I love T. That is my #1. Thank you T. I’ll never forget you woman you are a wonderful person and I appreciate all that you did for me. I will see you again.
Great school—Awesome experience
This was an overall great program from start to finish. They work with you and get you the steps needed to succeed. Everyone was very helpful through the entire process. Megan and Eric are awesome! Thank you both for everything. This is definitely a 5-star program!! I would highly recommend!
Lubbock 160 Driving school
To be honest when i first started i was thinking bout quitting for the fact its alot to take in …in such a few weeks…However Eddie gets out there and really gives you the motivation and the criticism to get it done…he was such Great help if it wasn’t for his patience and time that he takes with you to understand and learn I couldn’t have done it….He is a really good instructor and I definitely would recommend those of you out there wanting to learn to go forward with it and leave the doibt and negative energy elsewhere cuz Eddie will help you understand it within the time frame and your confidence will be out the door…goodluck to everyone
