From beginning to end, 160 was courteous, helpful and informative. My husband's first language is Spanish. He had recently moved to the United States when he started attending 160 Driving Academy. The person we met frst was Amy. She was so patient and supportive throughout the process. She took time to explain the program, statused with us weekly if there were details that we needed follow up on, and was extremely positive. She pushed for my husband to stick with the program that was in his second language and cheered him on as he completed each portion of the program.
