Coming from the social worker field I wasn’t sure that I would be able to complete this course. Passing the CDL test at the BMV was a piece of cake. Once I got to the yard and saw the trucks I must admit my anxiety set in..lol From day one Cindy the Team Lead/instructor told me that I could do it! The pre-trip seemed to be Overwhelming, the backup maneuvers I couldn’t grasps and over the road freaked me out! The second week things began to connect! Pat one of the instructors worked with me day and night on how to get the right set up and how to correct my mistakes. He stayed after school with me sometimes to ensure my Comfortability with backing up. Bill one of the on- -the-road instructors seem to be very patient with me. He would tell me all the time “you are a safe driver” which encouraged me to keep going. During my testing time the examiner helped me to relax and told me to just do my best! I am now a CDL Professional driver with my Class A licenses!! First time testing, I passed!! One and done!! Cindy I want you to know that you are the sweetest person I know! Thank you so much for never giving up on me! All we me in the world are more instructors like you!!
