Earning. Y cdl

The instructors are great. You couldn't ask for any better people to learn from. Alot of knowledge & history they have in the trucking industry. But the equipment needs to be updated. For the past month I've been trying to get my cdl test in & passed & both test dates the trucks have been down. I was supposed to went March 17th and March 31st today. There needs to be another alternative when this happens. Maybe a rental truck on standby or even better, get better equipment. This is frustrating knowing I'm ready to take my cdl test & pass.

Best instructors

Jeff, Nancy, Chris and Roger are great instructors. They set us up for success. If you put in the work, show up, and follow their instructions, it’s a win win!! One and done for me and many others i’ve seen come through while I was in class. Kudos to 160 Louisville!!!!

Great atmosphere! Great instructors! Very knowledgeable, fun, and professional! They made it easy, and who wouldn't appreciate that! I feel like 160 Driving Academy at Louisville helped me to open one of the biggest doors to my future, and I'm more than proud to say, Thank you 160 Driving Academy at Louisville, and big shout out to all the instructors there! I'm very proud of what I learned here, because I never drove a truck before coming ,but the instructors are very technical and I understood what I needed, just in a few days I’m became a professional . I say thank you to my instructors:(jeffs,chris),the boss Roger and to the entire Louisville 160 academy team, I have my CDL now 😍😍😍😁 just focus on what you want and I assure you you will get it at this school.

160 Drive

All the instructors were amazing. But one teacher, Mr. Andre Gambrell was far beyond what I expected. And all of the staff in the actual building are great.

Golden ticket

The experience I had at 160 has been exceptional. Chris was my instructor and he did a great job giving me advice and tips to achieve my skills. Chris is patient and has great communication skills. He doesn’t just focus on one student but all his students. You just have to come ready to learn and achieve your goals each day. Jeff has been good to me as well he is always giving advice and tips to help with knowing how the tractor and trailer work with each other. I would say that Chris and Jeff are the best instructors there and they want you to win. They answer all your questions, are patient, great with communication, and know what they’re talking about. They both have at least 18 years of trucking experience. They taught me so well I didn’t have to complete all the hours and finished a week and half early when Chris submitted me. I took my CDL test one time and passed. I’m a one and done and have a GOLDEN TICKET. Ms. Nita in the front office got me a job the same day I passed my test and I got an interview the next day. I’m very thankful for the experience.
