If you put the work in they will make sure you’re ready for the permit & the drive test. The instructors in the yard will help you over & over till you get it right just keep a positive attitude through it all!

Honestly.. if I known how much went into truck driving I probably would of thought ohh that’s too much, it’s going to be to difficult for me, and never pursued it. But thanks to 160 driving academy I’m really glad I went through with it. They’re instructors was also. They made it real easy for me. Made me feel comfortable. And I love how if you struggling in a area they can peep it & help you correct it instantly. The whole experience was amazing and I’m really appreciative for the opportunity and everybody that was involved in teaching me to drive and help me get my Class A CDLs. Thanks a lot!! And S/O Scott - he was also amazing!!

First, Scott in the office, thank you for helping me get into the school! Second, the yard instructors, They changed my life! I was overall impressed with the knowledge and attention to detail my instructor Bonny possessed. She let me make mistakes so I could learn. Her teaching was simple and easy to understand. I appreciated that though I may have been a little slow; when approaching her for questions, she didn't come off as if I was wasting her time. I felt welcome to ask and keep on asking. I thank you Bonny, very very much! I would definitely recommend her to anyone. Well done 160, I am grateful for the three weeks given. Will certainly return for my hazmat if hazmat training is offered through you. All I can say is, I trust 160 to give their students the REAL when it comes to learning what it takes to get your CDL. I thank you Bonny for making learning simple and easy. Today I graduated with my CDL so I'm very happy with training I was given.

Loved my experience. Every instructor I had was genuinely kind and helpful. It is clear that they all actually care and want to see you succeed. Gary, Charles, and Zach especially! Thier patience and expertise in training allowed me the opportunity to overcome the difficulties I was having. What was great is even when I wasn't getting certain things; thier unwavering faith in me and positive attitudes allowed me to overcome the negative feelings I would have when I didn't perform well. True professionals who are excellent at what they do! The manager Scott and. Lead instructor Joe I also feel deserve a special note in thier professionalism and willingness to address issues in a kind and timely fashion. I really felt I could talk to them and thier openness and willingness to work with me was really awesome! These guys need a raise! Seriously! I would recommend any person of any skill level to attend this program. These guys will take great care of you and see to your success as if it was thier own! It was a real pleasure and I will never forget my time at 160!

I just want to say the instructors I had for my time at the 160 driving academy were phenomenal can’t that them enough here in the Rockford Brach!!! Big shouts out to Charles, Dave, Gary, Zach, Anthony, and Bonnie without them I wouldn’t have my cdl today!!!
