The beginning of an Era
It is a cool program for a young guy such as myself. I felt like a program like this I was able to learn a lot not just about trucks but about kinda how life works in general. I had great help and motivation on my journey and big shout out to my favorite two instructors Mike and Andre for helping me along the way and I am just so blessed to be in this positions at only 19 years old. It was a lot to take on at once but it was worth it.

This program is super quick and affordable, its been such a fun experience throughout the past month meeting the instructors and getting to have a lot of fun in the yard.

Denise Chuma, the manager at this location is a people’s person, so professional and knowledgeable about what she is doing, I’m not a computer expert, in class she took her time to teach me about logging and operating the computer ( thank you) , she’s always happy, in a good mood, I had a great experience in class. At the same time, I don’t want to leave out the examiners in the Cleveland location , Ryan and Gwen, they were so professional and knowledgeable and patience; they explained every step of what I was going to do that they expected from me nice and clear, may God bless Denisse, Ryan and Gwen, I’ll never forget them. ( I want also thank josh and Doc, at the yard, without them I wouldn’t have my CDL).

I recently had the opportunity to take a Zoom truck driving class with an exceptional instructor, Liz Flores, who happened to be a highly skilled and supportive professional. Throughout the course, she exhibited unparalleled expertise, exceptional teaching abilities, and a genuine passion for helping her students succeed. First and foremost, her knowledge of the truck driving industry was extensive. She effortlessly shared valuable insights about various aspects of truck driving, including safety protocols, vehicle maintenance, and handling different road conditions. Her ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner made it easy for everyone in the class to understand and retain the material. Moreover, her teaching style was engaging and interactive. Despite the virtual setting, she utilized a variety of teaching aids, such as diagrams, videos, and interactive simulations, to create an immersive learning experience. She encouraged active participation from the class, regularly checking in on our progress and addressing any questions or concerns we had. Her willingness to provide individualized attention and guidance truly set her apart as an instructor. One aspect that impressed me the most was her unwavering support and encouragement. She fostered a sense of camaraderie among the class, allowing us to learn from each other's unique perspectives and challenges. She consistently maintained punctuality, adhered to the class schedule, and promptly responded to emails or messages outside of class hours. Her dedication to delivering a high-quality educational experience was evident throughout the course. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend the Zoom truck driving class led by this exceptional female instructor. Her expertise, engaging teaching style, unwavering support, and professionalism made the learning experience both enjoyable and rewarding. Had Jeff as a instructor was a amazing instructor took his time and explained and showed how to do all skills never gave up on any student he would work with you until you get it. If it wasn’t for Jeff and my partner I had throughout class problem would of not passed. Jeff is amazing ,best instructor in Cleveland!! ONE AND DONE!!!
