Great Instructor!

I felt I should review at least one outstanding instructor at I60 Driving Academy in Colorado. The new Lead instructor, MIKE SPEAKS, is such an amazing guy who is really doing his job with a passion. He is actively working with the students from morning to evening giving them step by step clear and concise instructions that make the backing maneuvers very easy. I would also like to appreciate the instructors Earl, Kevin and Josh. They seemed to be giving their best!

Great place to learn

Honestly had a great time getting through this 160 program. There was a bit of a shift in staff while I was there , but it was for the better. T, one of the instructors at the yard is awesome. She has the patience of a saint and ya better listen up. She’ll have you going from lost in gears to gear jamin’ in no time. She knows the ins and outs of maneuvers, and also has a ton of tricks to guid you through different steps. I couldn’t have done so well with out her. thanks T !! Hats off to Mike for keeping everything running in the yard. Not only a fantastic instructor, but a great leader. Mike kept the yard operating safely and efficiently. This is the place to get what you need to pass your CDL exams. As with anything, you are in control of your own success. Listen to T, Mike and the other staffers. If you do your part, pay attention and show up. You’ll pass with flying colors. Thank you 160 !! I’ll always have friends there.

These guys are great!

They clearly have been doing this for a while. They know that learning isn't just memorization, but about understanding. They walk you through each step and explain why each bit of this training is important. At first I was a little intimidated about trucking, but they have explained how to be safe in every regard and have put my mind at ease!

Great instructors!

Denver instructors are top notch! They're all great drivers that work together to help each student succeed. I passed the test yesterday on the first try, making all the work pay off! One and done!

Great teachers!!!

I was referred to 160 CDL academy by 2 brothers that got their class A’s there. T was my favorite by far because she got the best out of me and made me what to be an exceptional driver. She showed me the real world of CDL and I did need her to pass. Rob was a great communicator, teacher and helped me figure what I needed to do in order to be successful. Josh was the cool cat, different philosophies but made is relatable and fun during the stressful times. I liked everybody there to be honest, Kevin, Robert, Mike were equally as good so I was very lucky to have train under them. I was a exactly 30days in and out, 1 & done pass….

Amazing Experience

I attended 160 in Denver. I was super nervous at first going into it only because I have zero experience with commercial driving. But I warmed up pretty quickly. I had an AMAZING group of individuals who helped me get it, understand it & master the skills needed to be a successful class A cdl driver. I want to personally shout out my instructors Mike, Gordon & Kyle. These guys are THE BEST. They come in early, leave late, answer all questions, have a high level of patience & i can't dare forget the many laughs & jokes that got us through some of those hot hot days on the yard. I am honored to have instructors who actually care. THANK YOU MIKE, THANK YOU GORDON, THANK YOU KYLE. Blessings to you all. Thank you 160 academy

Excellent school

The best school for CDL Being medical assistant and woman from different country it was challenging for me to learn but I had the best instructors like Josh n Sheldon I failed first time but they didn’t gave up on me they prepared me more with extra hours I passed yesterday And I am happy I chose 160 driving I highly recommend this school
