“Passed My CDL Thanks to 160 Driving School!”
I had a great experience at 160 Driving Academy while getting my CDL. The instructors were knowledgeable, patient, and truly dedicated to helping students succeed. They made sure I was well-prepared not just to pass the test, but to feel confident and safe on the road. The hands-on training was excellent, and the staff was supportive throughout the whole process. I highly recommend 160 Driving School to anyone looking to start a career in trucking. So first and foremost, I started finished and completed this program graduated, I’ll give you my review on 160. I started the class after already obtaining my CDL Permit I was promised from the start it was a 4 week program and honesty it may of been a 4 week program if the Head Instructor quit my first week at the yard (let’s back track we’re getting ahead of ourselves) so the first week regardless is your classroom portion, it’s a full week of setting behind a screen. The lady over you Bridgette is friendly and wants you to succeed, but doesn’t come out of her office and is constantly on live on some app, overall the classroom portion isn’t terrible, they could do more to get the classroom involved, the second week is your PERMIT week, they force you to take the entire week off just to go get your permit, and drug test done (in reality if you study CRISTCDL.com you’ll pass on the first try, and if you can pass a drug test it should only take one full day to complete leaving Tuesday-Friday empty with nothing at all to do for class. Now starting The Yard training first day there were hit with high emotions and aggravation because the Lead instructor decides hes going to give his “To-Day” notice not two weeks “to-day” which is no blame to 160, however the other instructor Chris is tasked with teaching 12 students how to pre trip, how to drive, and how to do skills all on his own, Hes stretched SUPER THIN, and really could’ve used help, however Chris absolutely bombed it, an amazing instructor taught me so much and really goes out of his way to help each and everyone of his students he truly cares about his students and did an excellent job, I passed this all because of his dedication and passion to teaching, Would I recommend 160? Yes, there’s just minor things they should fix, and get going and they’d be 5 star company. I cannot express it enough Chris the instructor is a phenomenal person and will do everything in his power to help you succeed, ive learned so much from Chris, and would happily take any of his classes he hosts.

When you first start enrolling into the program they make sure you know where you getting into super nice teachers the way they teach is just amazing and always making sure you are understanding everything
Perfectly Imperfect
This roller coaster I was prepared for but it still had me baffled at how hard it was. I was working while coming into skool 5 days straight knowing I’m accomplishing my goal of passing no matter what. All the staff members believed in me from; Kristi, Doug, Aunty Tracey, Henry, Coach Will, James, and uncle Darrell, not once did they give up on me and it helped a lot and I wanted to make’em proud because we all human none of us are perfect so to receive encouragement from my peers made it even better when I cross that finish line. Don’t be to hard on yourself it’s ok to be patient I failed my first two attempts but not my third so just believe in yourself and KEEP GOING! p.s GOD DID on gang’nem Yessirskii.
Amazing Experience
I have nothing but positive thoughts about 160 Trucking Academy. My instructor Casey Frew was exceptional. He went above and beyond in teaching me everything trucking related. He helped me pass my CDL Class A exam and I joined the “one and done” club. I had never driven a manual vehicle let alone a semi truck. Casey patiently guided me along the way and it’s amazing to see how far I came along. Thank You 160 Trucking Academy and a big Thank You to Casey for believing in me!

Perfect program
This is the truck driving school to go to. NOT SAGE!!! The instructor David is full of knowledge and really teaches to perfection. The entire program, from first signing up to the last day of my drive test, I had huge encouragement and support which is amazing. I cannot say enough about my experience. DO NOT GO TO SAGE TRUCKING, GO TO 160 ACADEMY! You will not regret it.
