All the instructors were amazing. But one teacher, Mr. Andre Gambrell was far beyond what I expected. And all of the staff in the actual building are great.

Yes sir, don’t ever down grade “(Jimbo), James”. I have been in this since October 2023, and did not give up!! My Lord blessed me to cross paths with James. James will teach you and work with you, besides being a comedian lol, but PLEASE whatever you do LISTEN, it looks easy but it’s not. Look, listen, and comprehend what he’s telling you, it’s not just for now it’s for the future. 😍😆
Damon, John and Lynn
I got invaluable information, learning and skills from each instructor. Damon taught me many mechanical things. I wouldn’t have thought about brakes and their function to the degree that I learned. John’s unwavering patience and dedication to get me to “trust the process” guided me throughout the class. And Lynn got me to finally double clutch. It was a group effort from all of the instructors but it somehow clicked, over night, with Lynn. In short, the entirety of the knowledge and instruction from them all got me through. I passed my dmv cdl test on the first try. Although, as with anything in life worth doing, there were some struggles. But I think this team can streamline this program and make it better and stronger. Did I mention I had a ton of fun? I also got a job the same day I passed the dmv test. I leave for training in a couple of days. Thanks to you all. And thank you Stacy for getting the ball rolling for me. ❤️
Believe it and you can achieve it
As i begin a new journey to better my career choosing 160 driving academy overall was the greatest decision i made. My instructors adjusted and worked together to help me actually understand. The instructors teem with patience, dedication and encouragement. A special shout out to a hard-working individual who really looks out for his students, who's hard work does not go unrecognized, lamar, thank you again for believing in me, and knowing that I can achieve such greatness. One and done...

Great school, lead instructor Chad and leads Gabe and Tyler were extremely helpful. They answered all the questions I could ever have. They are a great team of instructors. Couldn’t ask for a better school. 10/10
Tutoring session for my permit
My experience was awesome,my teacher Lori did a great job with the way she explained how to get the permit, studied hard for 2 days,combination and air breaks went to DMV and pass my test 96% I was very happy with what I learned thank you Lori at trucking 160 driving academy

So I come from Amazon and with every company you hear the good and bad stories no matter what company it is.. to be honest I’m am glade I came in with an open mind.. the instructors are so helpful, so warming. They don’t judge you f for your race, sex, or disability. They give you the help you need. Even if they repeat them selves a thousand times they still care and help you, not many people or companies will keep working with you most would kick you out or give up.. this is my third week and I wouldn’t ask for anything different.. Alex, Tony, Aaron and Dylan every time I’ve ask for help they have literally taken the time to help me. I also appreciate that they don’t make you only learn one way. If you’re struggling on something they help you figure out what’s best for you. I highly recommend this program and location. Thank you again

Yard Instructor was amazing he takes the time with each person and lets you make mistakes and then makes you think how to fix it really facilitates learning not just to pass the test but actual situations.
