Closely work with key, national customer to ensure timely and successful solutions to customer needs
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Assist with challenging customer requests / escalations as needed
Excellent project management skills with the ability to create consensus and alignment across multiple stakeholders
Utilize critical thinking skills to problem solve and develop proactive solutions
Clearly communicate the progress of defined initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

Excellent customer service / professionalism
Computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Salesforce experience is a plus)
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited 4-year institution
