Responsibilities
Audit Branch and student files as needed to ensure proper compliance, billing and payments.
General reporting and set up new reports for new branches including dashboards and graphs. BPPE quarterly reporting- develop a standard to make reporting easier.
Assist Regional Manager with Branch openings including activation of utilities and FF&E. including quotes for services in the region as needed.
Assist with branch coverage as needed. (Travel is required)
Monitor sit reports daily.
Assist in executing property leases from initiation to completion/renewal in timely manner.
Build strong partnership/relationships with Branch Managers.
Evaluate, identify, and communicate opportunities, issues, and trends to make improvements impacting Region efficiency and student experience.
Perform other duties necessary to support the Branches and Students.
Management of office/promotional supplies for branches.
Assistance with regional motivation contests/tracking.
Managing meeting agendas for region.
Special projects as assigned to support markets/region.
Experience Requirements
Proven ability to multitask and be flexible with various duties.

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both vocally and in writing.
