Finding a CDL Job After Graduation

The commercial trucking industry continues to see strong hiring demand, and new CDL holders typically don’t face a long job search after graduation, especially with job matching support like Truckers Network, available free to every 160 Driving Academy graduate.

Employers hiring new CDL graduates generally look for a clean driving record, no serious criminal history within the past decade, and completion of a structured training program with real behind the wheel hours, exactly what our 120 hours of driving practice is built to prepare you for.

New CDL Class A drivers typically start at competitive pay from day one, with earning potential increasing as you gain experience and add endorsements like Hazmat or tanker.
