160 Driving Academy (hereinafter "160 Driving Academy," "we," "us," "our") provides this web site located at ("Site") subject to this Privacy Policy. Any person accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Site, either manually or via an automated device or program, including using any of our offered services or products ("Service"), shall be considered a "User." All Users are bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy.

By voluntarily providing us with Personal Data, you are consenting to our use of it in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you provide Personal Data to us, you acknowledge and agree that such Personal Data may be transferred from your current location to the offices and servers of 160 Driving Academy and the authorized third parties referred to herein located in the United States.

160 Driving Academy incorporates by reference the "Applicant Terms and Conditions," of a User’s trucking application, which allows 160 Driving Academy disclose, with User’s permission, all or a portion of User’s trucking application information.


The Site may provide hyperlinks, which are highlighted words or pictures within a hypertext document that, when clicked, take you to another place within the document, to another document altogether, or may take you to a third party website not controlled by 160 Driving Academy. These hyperlinked third party websites may collect and disclose Information different than this Site. 160 Driving Academy is not responsible for the collection, use, or disclosure of information collected through these web sites, and 160 Driving Academy expressly disclaims any and all liability related to such collection, use, or disclosure.


The 160 Driving Academy Site is not directed towards children under 18 years of age and 160 Driving Academy does not knowingly collect any information from children under 18 years of age through the Site.
