160 Driving Academy incorporates by reference the "Applicant Terms and Conditions," of a User’s trucking application, which allows 160 Driving Academy disclose, with User’s permission, all or a portion of User’s trucking application information.

The Site may provide hyperlinks, which are highlighted words or pictures within a hypertext document that, when clicked, take you to another place within the document, to another document altogether, or may take you to a third party website not controlled by 160 Driving Academy.
