Goals
i was very pleased with the patience the instructors had, the knowledge and guidence they showed with instruction on the safety of tractors & trailers in general. the classroom enviornment was clean, ready for use and the web instruction was filled with alot of knowledge. the driving, skills and pretrip in the yard was definetly an experiance. they made it fun, broke it down and gave use the drive time we needed to learn to be succecful and ready for test day.
Amazing School
I had an amazing experience here and hands down the best choice I could’ve made to further my career. Best School in the area the instructors are very knowledgeable and take the time to teach you all that you need to succeed.
Great Academy !
All instructors were on top of the game. Summer of 2020 I spoke to instructor Jason and he directed me to Tulford who in turn made my decision to join this academy. My expectations of achieving my CDL Class A was high and so was theirs. I found that Mr. Tulford was very insightful and glad that I got the chance to know him. All around great guy. He made our appointments for our DOT physical and all of our testing. He is the guy in the chair and without him the whole process would have been much harder. I definitely enjoyed my time at this academy, the training yard, my instructors Warren and Preston are on top of their game. Very professional and very intuitive to the students . Their knowledge and patience is shown me and all the students before and after my time there. I want to thank all of you in Louisville at the 160 Driving Academy for my future driving career.
160 driving school
Everyone was very nice and respectful. Instructors help You get the job done. If you are at the Chicago heights location Mrs Johnson is incredible. All around good school would definitely recommend.
Fantastic School
160 is an amazing school. The classroom instructor James is very engaging and humorous all while getting you all the info you need to ace the permit test. The yard training was very hands on and my instructors Preston and Warren are wonderful teachers and possess the knowledge to get you driving. Thank you Preston and Warren!
cdl driving
i had an awesome time here at 160 they thought me alot and got me well prepared for my road test . i passed on the first time. it all started with Anthony the recruiter . great guy helps in anyways he cans checks on you almost like everyday . he really makes you feel at home and makes you actually want to go to school.. also the instructors there are great as well they make sure you can do all your skills and will help you no matter what and will get you ready for your test day .

I went through the school and acquired my CDL a few months ago, and the staff there was impeccable. They are very patient and knowledgeable, friendly and encouraging, a great place to go if you’re thinking of acquiring your CDL.
Great School Moline!
My experience with Galinda Miller the Branch Manager she is very kind and helpful. She answered all my questions asked. Classroom was a great experience as they clarify everything. They have you take the quizzes over again until you do well. Denise the Instructor is very helpful. Grant is a good guy and helps you feel comfortable driving and get everything right before they send you for testing. Hands down a great school with 5 stars!
If ur a quick learner
I had previous exp. But needed work on the written test and inspections. Staff was willing to teach if ur willingness is to learn.
CDL Training
My time there was good . I got my class A CDL with no restriction . before hand I had never ben in a truck . Which was a bit intimidating at first. But the instructors are good at keeping you cool while learning . My first day on the yard I drove on the road . which went good better then I expected .
