They got me right from start to finish
I’ll start from the beginning!!!! I contacted Ashley months before I started. She told me about the company, gave me the best advice and I told her I’ll be back in a few months. I kept my word and she got me right in in. The first week in the training class with Ms Lori was the best!!!!! When I got in the yard after my permit test it was nothing but positive energy from the start!!!! Each and every one of the instructors helped me, motivated me and prepared me for the driving test. It was a great experience and I will never forget this!!!!!
My 160 Journey
The best training experience at 160 Driving Academy!! From the application process to class / coursework, and then finally arriving at the training site at the McKees Rocks Yard ... There, I worked with various instructors including John and Jim, and also Yard Manager Collin, who were all well versed in the trucking industry. Training was awesome from start to finish!! This CDL driving experience changed not only my life, but my family’s life!! Thank you!

I had a great educational experience with 160 academy, I got my first job quickly and through the hiring process and road test, they could tell I knew what I was doing. Lori Mosely is a great teacher, and all of my instructors at the yard were very knowledgeable.
Best experience ever
This was one of the best experiences of my life. They offered night classes when no other school did. They helped me with no aggravation and awesome patience. Aaron Logan Was there for me from beginning to end. Him and Tony helped me build my confidence. I will always remember them and be thankful for them. I highly recommend this school for anyone seriously looking to get their class a driving license.

great experience learning with instructors very dedicated to teach and if needed the extra help they will dedicated extra time one one and as a group as well will incurage students to come and learn speak to the instructors if you need a little extra help they are willing to go the extra mile

Be ready to learn when Aaron is on the yard and teaching the technical aspect of driving a manual. There’s more to just driving. And he taught me that. He is super calm and confident while in the road and it made me feel calmer and to have more confidence while shifting, turning, and safety. I was struggling with my offset and he doing everything he can to help me with my Alley Dock. An amazing Instructor Aaron is. Will refer future students to 160 Driving Academy because of him. Thank you again Aaron🙏🏽😊
Good instructor
T was great at the commerce city location. Patient and helpful. She is actually invested in the students learning and moving forward. She was the bright spot for this location!
